Two killed, two injured after car crash on I-26

Two people were killed in a multi-vehicle crash on Tuesday afternoon on I-126 near Jedburg Road in South Carolina.

Both the driver and passenger of an SUV were killed after the SUV crashed with a dump truck.

Two others were inside of the SUV and admitted to the hospital for their injuries, and so was the driver of the dump truck.

All lanes had been blocked early in the afternoon and the traffic was diverted onto Jedburg Road.

South Carolina Highway Patrol is investigating the crash.
