Two killed, three injured after car crash in Box Elder County

Officials say two people died and the other four were injured after a single-vehicle crash on East Promontory Road in Box Elder County, Utah.

Officials said all five occupants in the vehicle were between the ages of 15 and 19.

The crash took place around 10:39 p.m. on Friday. One occupant was pronounced dead at the scene while one was admitted to an area hospital via ground ambulance.

The other three occupants were flown to hospitals.

Box Elder County Sheriffs are yet to know the cause of the crash.

They haven’t released the identities of any of the victims.
