Tuning firms have a liking for the S5 tuning package offered by SR Auto Group. The package is applicable for the Audi S5 and the package boosts not only performance of the S5 but also adds a lot of zing to the interior of the S5. The package in short caters for upgrade of style, dynamics and comfort of the car in total.
The Canadian firm has given the name of Typhon to this tuning package. The package gives a silver finish to the exterior mirror but the body is covered in a foil of matte black finish.
For wheels the package gives a 20 inch ADV15.1 matte black color lightweight alloy rim. The front spoiler of the package comes from Rieger and the diffuser at the rear is made up of dry carbon fiber.
As mentioned it is an upgrade of the aerodynamic features of the car as well as looks. The engine too has been modified in this package with an exhaust system that adds performance to the standard naturally aspirated 4.2 liter V8 engine that is fitted on the S5. There is also a remap of the ECU that the package incorporates. The original power house gives 354 hp and 324 ld-ft or 440 Nm torque, which this tuning package is supposed to be boosting up. However there is no figure on this issue that has been verified as yet.
