2014 Subaru BRZ tS goes on sale in Japan

by SpeedLux

Subaru has flagged off the sales of the Subaru BRZ tS across Japan in a standard version and as a “GT Package”.

The BRZ tS was launched by the company at Fuji Speedway during the 86 Festival earlier in the current month. The model comes with a wide list of enhancements that include 18-inch silver STI-designed wheels, Brembo front and rear brakes, front under spoiler, STI rear suspension link with pillow ball bush, along with revamped coil springs and dampers.

However none of the above mentioned features result in the increase in the output of the model. In terms of interiors, the cabin has received an extensive list of upgrades that include aluminum side sills, Alcantara applications and different front seats.

Subaru is also giving an option to go for a GT Package for the BRZ tS in which there would be additional features such as STI 18-inch black rims, adjustable dry carbon rear spoiler, Recaro front bucket seat and a different interior theme.

The company has plans to make only 500 cars, and out of those only 250 of them will be available with the above mentioned GT Package. All cars must be preordered before 9th March 2014.
