3 killed, 2 injured after two-car crash in Santa Clarita

Three men were killed and two people were injured after a car crash in Santa Clarita, California.

The officials learned about the crash just after 4 p.m. on San Francisquito Canyon Road.

The road was closed in both directions afterward, near Rosewood Equestrian.

The crash involved two vehicles, a GMC Suburban and a BMW.

The BMW was engulfed after the crash.

Three men died, including the driver of the Suburban and the driver and passenger in the BMW.

A man and woman were hospitalized in critical condition.

It is yet to be known what caused the crash.
