Capricorn prepared a one-off 01 Zagato Tutto Rosso for presentation at Concorso d’Eleganza Villa d’Este in Italy, and the project leaves little untouched by red paint or red trim. The company describes the build as fully tailored to the client’s requests. Nearly every visible surface follows the same color direction from the exterior panels to the cabin materials.
The 01 Zagato Tutto Rosso takes inspiration from Italian coachbuilt race cars developed during the early 1930s. Capricorn labels the car prototype number 3 of the program. The hypercar keeps a mid-engine configuration, rear-wheel-drive hardware, and a manual gearbox. A five-speed dog-leg transmission handles shifting duties.

Even the carbon-fiber structure received the same treatment. Around 85% of the vehicle was produced internally by the company, including the exposed monocoque finished in red-tinted carbon fiber. Engineers faced additional complexity during production due to both visual and structural requirements tied to exposed composite surfaces.
Then there is the cabin. Red Connolly leather and Alcantara stretch across almost every interior area. Capricorn states red covers roughly 95% of the visible surfaces throughout the vehicle. Some parts escaped the treatment for practical reasons. The pedals, shift gate, and sections exposed to extreme heat loads retain contrasting finishes instead. The exhaust system forced another deviation from the original all-red direction.

Performance figures place the Tutto Rosso deep into modern hypercar territory. Behind the seats sits a supercharged 5.2-liter Ford-based V8 modified by the German company. Output reaches 888 horsepower, or 900 metric horsepower, alongside 738 pound-feet, equivalent to 1,000 Newton meters, of torque.
Acceleration happens fast. The car reaches 60 mph, or 97 kph, from a standstill in under 3.0 seconds. Top speed climbs to 224 mph, which translates to 360 kph. Despite those figures, the project still leans heavily toward an analog driving experience through its rear-wheel-drive setup and manual transmission layout.

Capricorn says prototype number 3 includes multiple engineering revisions and refinements compared to earlier development cars, moving the project closer to production specification. Series production starts later in 2026. Only 19 units are planned.
Final pricing details remain undisclosed for now. Reports linked to the project place the starting figure at 2.95 million euros, or around $3.4 million.
