Ford Focus ST-H proves popular, Hertz adds another model to their fleet

by SpeedLux

We all know that the Shelby GT350H Mustang is one of the highly-prized collectables and so Ford and Hertz are looking to recreate some of that magic with the limited edition Focus ST-H.

Drawing inspiration from the Shelby GT350H and the Shelby GT-H, the Focus ST-H comes with a Panther Black exterior paint with gold racing stripes and 18-inch alloy wheels. In the interiors, the car comes equipped with Recaro sports seats and the SYNC connectivity system.

Just like the standard model, the Focus ST-H would be powered by a 2.0-liter four-cylinder EcoBoost engine that would generate an output of 250 HP (184 kW) which enables the hatchback to achieve the 0-100 kmph (0-62 mph) sprint in 6.5 seconds and can hit a top speed of 248 kmph (154 mph).

While the Focus ST-H has been available for awhile, Hertz has now added another model to their Dutch fleet to meet the overwhelming demand. The good thing is that the same can be rented and need not be purchased outright. The rentals are pretty much fine as the same can be rented for an amount of € 90 (which is approx $ 123 / £ 76) a day.
