Three killed after multi-vehicle crash in Jackson County

Two were killed after a crash between a car and a semi in Jackson County, Wisconsin on early Saturday morning.

The crash took place on Wisconsin Highway 54 westbound at Andrews Road at around 1:36 a.m. when the semi unit was departing a parking lot trying to cross Highway 54 into a Kwik Trip parking lot.

As the semi was crossing the highway, a car having three occupants was driving westbound on the highway struck the semi’s trailer, according to the release.

The three occupants of the car were pronounced dead at the scene.

Wisconsin State Patrol is investigating the crash.
