Toyota Prius minivan to be launched next year

by Andrew Randall

As you can see in the title, Toyota is going to build the Prius minivan in early 2011 but what you probably don’t know is that that car is going to be a hybrid which is awesome because the hybrid vehicles is extending which started with the compact cars and now we talk about some big cars running on a hybrid system.

Also, the reports from the Nikkei business daily were also saying that these new minivans will feature lithium ion batteries which will make from them the ideal family car. Also, they are going to come in two interior versions namely with two and three rows of seats being able to carry 5 and respectively 7 people in it.

At the beginning, the batteries from these new Toyota Prius minivans will be built at firm’s factory in Aichi Prefecture but after a while, the batteries will be built only at the Panasonic EV Energy CO. which will probably be the best minivans from the Wordwide auto market taking about the ratio between fuel economy, performances and utility. Also, these minivans will have a lot of free space in them.

I think that it won’t pass a long time until we will see some spy photos with this new Toyota Prius minivan.
