Two drivers killed after car crash in Missouri

A male and a female driver were killed in a car crash Tuesday night in Purdy, Missouri.

The crash took place when a car crossed the centerline of Highway 37 and hit another car.

The driver of the first car has been identified as Taylor McGlothlin, 18, of Monett. The other car was driven by Maria Haros, 33, of Cassville.

Two passengers, one in each car, were flown to Springfield hospitals for treatment. Their injuries were said to be serious.

Missouri State Highway Patrol is investigating the crash.
