Two killed after car crash in Lehi, Utah

Two people were killed after car crash on Thursday night in Lehi, Utah.

The crash took place just before midnight on northbound I-15 about 1 mile north of the Timpanogos Highway exit in Lehi when a Nissan passenger car rear-ended a stopped Honda Pilot. The Nissan swerved but was not able to prevent the Honda.

The two occupants of the Pilot were shifted and listed in critical condition. Both later succumbed to their injuries.

The driver of the Nissan had small injuries.

Identities of the victims were yet to be released.

Utah Highway Patrol investigated the crash.
