Two killed after car crash in San Jose

Two people died following a car crash that involved three pedestrians in San Jose on Tuesday night.

The crash took place just before 8:30 p.m. at Almaden Expressway and Foxworthy Avenue.

Two of the three pedestrians succumbed to their injuries at local hospitals.

The third pedestrian was expected to survive injuries.

San Jose Police Department has urged the public to avoid the area while they investigate the matter, and that the intersection was going to be closed for some hours.
