Two killed, one injured after multi-vehicle crash in Berks County

Two people died and one is injured following a multi-vehicle crash on I-78 in Berks County, Pennsylvania.

The incident took place around 10:15 p.m when a 64-year-old driver of a tractor-trailer failed to slow down for stopped traffic and rear-ended a van.

This caused a chain-reaction crash involving three other vehicles.

A 24-year-old woman from Reading and a 54-year-old man from Williamsport died in the crash.

One person whose condition is unknown was injured.

Investigation into the crash is ongoing, and it is yet to be figured out that what caused it.
