Two women killed in head-on crash in Butler County, Ohio

Two people were killed in a car crash in Butler County, Fairfield Township, Ohio on Friday.

Terri Alcorn, 67, was driving on SR 4 near Butler Tech at 10 a.m. when she crossed the center line, according to Fairfield Township Police.

Alcorn’s car hit a minivan head-on.

The driver of the minivan, Janice King, 65, was flown to UC Medical Center. She died in hospital from her injuries.

Deputies at the scene told said Alcorn didn’t use her brakes before the crash.

The cause of the crash is yet to be known.

Police closed SR 4 while they investigated the crash.
